How to pack your device.

Three steps. One secure parcel: wrap the device in bubble wrap, place it in a rigid box with padding on all sides, and write the job reference clearly on the outside of the box.

Pack in this order

    Wrap the device

    Use bubble wrap all the way around, corners included.

  2. 02
    Use a rigid box

    Add padding on every side so nothing can move inside the box.

  3. 03
    Print and attach the label

    Use the label emailed to you and write the job reference clearly on the outside.

Before sealing — a ten-second check

  • Remove the case, SIM card and loose accessories.
  • Make sure the device cannot move inside the box.
  • Keep your proof of posting.
