Tell us what’s happening and book your assessment. We’ll email a tracked postage label and packing instructions. We log and photograph your device when it arrives.

We explain your options

We carefully check your device and send a written report explaining what we find, what may be possible and the quoted price for further work.

You decide whether to go ahead

Approve the quote and we’ll begin the agreed work. Decline and we’ll return your device with no repair balance to pay. The assessment fee is non-refundable. Eligible completed repairs include warranty details.
