The warranty is for the specific fault repaired by Fixaviour. It does not act as blanket cover for every new issue that may happen later.
How a claim starts
Repair documentation includes the warranty details and warranty code, which is used on the warranty claim page to open the claim process quickly. That keeps the flow tied to the real repair record.
Who pays warranty shipping
During the first 30 days, Fixaviour covers warranty shipping both ways. From day 31 to day 90, the customer pays shipping upfront and Fixaviour provides the labels for the route.
What is not covered
New unrelated faults, impact damage, new liquid damage, tampering and recovery-only jobs do not fall under the standard repair warranty route.
