The iPad A16 has an 11-inch Liquid Retina display. Tell us whether finger input fails everywhere, only in a strip, or only while charging. If you already use a compatible Apple Pencil, describe that behaviour separately. Pencil compatibility or pairing problems should not be treated as proof that the iPad's finger-touch hardware has failed.

Is the iPad A16 the same as an 11-inch iPad Air?
No. The standard iPad with A16 is a different model. Include the A16 name or model identifier so we assess the correct device.
My Pencil does not work but finger touch does. Is that a touch fault?
Pencil compatibility, charging and pairing need consideration first. Describe exactly which input fails; a Pencil problem does not establish a fault in finger touch.
Can you assess ghost touches after a glass replacement?
Yes. Tell us what was replaced and when the unexpected touches began. We assess the touch assembly and connections before deciding whether board work is relevant.
