You can send your device to our Tyneside lab from anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Book first and we’ll email your tracked postage label and packing instructions. Our service is by post; there is no walk-in counter.

The £35 assessment includes standard UK tracked postage both ways. We’ll explain what we find in a written report and give you a quote. You decide whether to go ahead.
